TIME ZONE
All appointments are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please ensure you check your time zone prior to booking. Once you have paid for your reading or other services, Teri will connect with you to coordinate and confirm the appointment time, as well as the best method for both of you to connect, whether online or otherwise.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 7-day cancellation policy for private readings. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for any cancellations not made within 7 days of the actual appointment time. No refunds are available for events and gift certificates.
PAYMENT
Your appointment will not be confirmed until payment is received. Until then, the appointment slot may be booked by another client. All purchases are final. If you choose one of the plans, please review the specific policy on that plan.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
All gift certificates must be used within one year of the purchase date.
